I guess one could discuss cherry-picking some changes with the
release-team (manpages, possibly reproducible build, Vcs-* control
lines), but dh10 will not fly for Stretch.

#823120/#854432 could be interesting for Stretch, other than those I
don't see anything extremely important.

Plan would be to fix up as much as possible in experimental and then go
for Buster when Stretch is out.
