I just fixed incorrectly made dirs in *-byte packages.

I tested it a little bit and think we are ready for 1.0.4. Do not forget after 
tagging the tree current trunk as 1.0.4 to add 1.0.5 entry in 
debian/changelog so we wont mess the changes up ;-)

btw, how to understand that one:
Added section chooser.  Introduced Publication module implementing
the subscriber/publisher paradigm.
