[Pkg-ocaml-maint-ara-devel] Ara uses Ocamlconf 0.8-2

Hello,

Having spent some time in Makefile hell, I decided to use Ocamlconf
instead.  I thus packaged Ocamlconf and fixed a few small but
important bugs in it.  It is on the pkg-ocaml-maint svn under packages.

Therefore ara depends on ocamlcconf (>= 0.8.2).

I'm now going to fix some bugs in ara, which should give rc2.
After one or two days of test, Sven will hopefully upload that.
