[Pkg-ocaml-maint-ara-devel] 1.0.5rc4 ; 1.0.5 ships tonight

Hello,

I've fixed quite a few things, added a #print command,
improved performance, added upgrade and dist-upgrade
commands.

Hopefully this will give 1.0.5 which will be released tonight.

If you've installed tested 1.0.5rc? before, please purge
the config files with --purge.  1.0.4 config files are
automatically upgraded.

I've dumped ocamlconf in favor of make.  Well, makefiles
aren't exactly concise or beautiful but they get the job
done.  Maybe one day someone will write a decent make.
