    drop deps from the -doc package to ocaml-nox- at ABI@
    
    It had no reason to exist and hindered binNMU-ability. The -doc
    package can be safely reused across releases of the OCaml compiler
    (unless ocamldoc changes, but such corner cases can be handled on
    case-by-case basis).
