      bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3 (no changes needed)
      switch to dh_ocamldoc for API reference generation
      switch {debhelper,dpatch}.mk: fix debian/*.log cleanup
      enforce needed ordering for dh_ocamldoc
      switch to dh 7
      bump build-dep on dh-ocaml to 0.9, as we now use dh_ocaml*
      add space to make (current) dh_ocamldoc happy
      add some needed -I when invoking ocamldoc
      bump build-dep on dh and quilt as needed
      fix some ocamldoc markup errors (overlooked thus far)
      add ${ocaml:Depends/Provides}
      prepare for a release
      remove old-style dep generation on the interpreter
