Log:
Build-depend on gnuplot-nox instead of gnuplot. 
gnuplot is an architecture independent package currently at 4.0.0-5; however
gnuplot-nox and gnuplot-x11 on alpha, mips and mipsel failed to build these
version and are still at 4.0.0-3. Build-depending upon gnuplot-nox should allow
a build to succeed.
