[Pkg-octave-devel] Copyright notice in web site

I am planning to add a Copyright notice at the bottom of the DOG web site,
something like:

    Copyright © 2005  Debian Octave Group 

    <br>This document is <a
    href="http://www.opencontent.org/">OpenContent</a>. 

    <br>You may copy and use the text under the terms of the <a
    href="http://www.opencontent.org/opl.shtml">OpenContent Licence</a>.

I have two questions:

1) Do everybody agree with putting the material under the OpenContent
   Licence?
   
2) Is it okay to declare the "Debian Octave Group" as the copyright
   holder?
