[Pkg-octave-devel] SVN repository and pkg-octave-commit mailing list

The SVN repository is fully working now, after a permission fix done by
Isaac.  I already committed the octave-forge package to the repository and
changed its maintainer.  This change is too small to need an upload of the
package.  Other packages will be SVN committed as time permits.

Thanks to Isaac, there is now a mailing list at Alioth called
pkg-octave-commit which receives the SVN activity notifications.  If you are
having trouble subscribing to this mailing list, please contact me directly.
