[Pkg-octave-devel] All packages are in SVN now

The Debian-related files for the following source packages have been added
to the SVN repository:

    inline-octave
    matwrap
    octave2.1
    octave-ci
    octave-epstk
    octave-forge
    octave-gpc
    octaviz
    statdataml

The following packages have not yet been uploaded with the maintainer set to
the Debian Octave Group: octave-forge, octave-gpc, octaviz, and statdataml.
I do not think that an upload is worth for such a small change, in
particular for packages that are architecture-dependent.

Feel free to add anything that I forgot to the repository.
