[Pkg-octave-devel] New package octave-gtk

I am about to add the octave-gtk package (octave-gtk.sf.net) to the SVN
repository.  I already generated a first experimental package and put it at
the following apt-getable repository:

    http://pkg-octave.alioth.debian.org/octave-gtk/

I will upload this package to experimental instead of unstable because it is
in beta state upstream.  I will though fill an ITP before uploading.
