[Pkg-octave-devel] New package links in home page

There is a wealth of matlab packages on the net that could be packaged 
for
Octave, such as WaveLab.

This is a big void in the Octave world, so if anybody does this, please
keep two levels of patch --- one to make things work with octave and the
next for the Debian packaging info.  The patches that we need to make
these package work with octave will be the same for all operating
environments, including Windows and OS X.  Even better if you send John
patches to Octave so no package specific patches are required :-)
