The packages are ready and everything has been committed to the SVN
repository.  However, I did not upload them to unstable because I just
noticed that the API version changed (it is api-v15 now, instead of
api-v13 as in 2.1.69).  This means that all the other packages containing
*.oct files must also be recompiled and the uploads must happen without
much delay between them.  

I do not have much free time to do it right now.  If someone is willing
to help, please get in touch with me.
