When trying to upgrade debian unstable this happend

$~ su root apt-get upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libhdf5-serial-dev: Depends: libhdf5-serial-1.6.4-0c2 (= 1.6.4-4) but
it is not installed
octave-forge: Depends: libcln3c2 but it is not installed
Depends: libginac1.3c2 (>= 1.3.0) but it is not
installed
Depends: libhdf5-serial-1.6.4-0c2 but it is not
installed or
                         libhdf5-1.6.4-0c2
octave2.1: Depends: libhdf5-serial-1.6.4-0c2 but it is not installed
or
                      libhdf5-1.6.4-0c2
  octave2.1-headers: Depends: octave2.1 (= 2.1.71-2) but 2.1.71-4 is
installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.

I don't understand why is that.
