[Pkg-octave-devel] Andrey Romanenko: new member

Andrey Romanenko is added as a new developer of the Debian Octave Group.
He has put together Debian packages for sundials
(http://www.llnl.gov/CASC/sundials/), for which Octave bindings are being
currently developed.

I committed the Debian files written by Andrey to:

    svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-octave/trunk/packages/sundials
