Running with octave2.1, pwelch whan called without returns values plots
a graphic.

The problem is that all the title, xlabel, ylabel, grid instructions are
undone via an unwind_protect_cleanup, so they are removed as soon as the
plot is finished.

Commenting out the code inside unwind_protect_cleanup shows them again.
This is gnuplot 4.2.2-1.
