Yes, I replied to it.  

There is be a lot of work waiting for us in order to have this transition
completed.  Most of them will be done by the DOG but for some packages
(shogun-octave pfstools, and wims) we will have contact the maintainers.

Could you please file bug reports against those packages and instruct the
BTS by saying that Bug#457675 will be blocked by those?
