[Pkg-octave-devel] Changing the SVN repository layout

The current layout of the SVN repository of pkg-octave, which was inspired
from the KDE packages repository, is the following:

    trunk/
        packages/
            octave/
            octaviz
            octave2.9-forge/
            <pkg ...>
        utils/
        www/      
    tags/
        packages/
            octave2.1/
            octave2.9/	
            octaviz/
            octave2.9-forge/
            <pkg ...>
    branches/
        2.9transition/
            packages/
                octave-forge/	
        etch/
            packages/
                octave2.9/
        stable-updates-sarge/
            packages/
                octaviz/ 

This layout is not standard in Debian.  If we follow the most popular layout
in Debian, it would be:
    
    octave/
        trunk/
        tags/
        branches/
            etch/	
    octave2.9-forge/
        trunk/
        tags/
        branches/
            2.9transition/
    octaviz/
        trunk/
        tags/
        branches/
            stable-updates-sarge/
    <pkg ...>
    utils/
    www/      

Also, this is the preferred layout for tools like svn-inject/svn-buildpackage.

If there are no objections, I will change the layout of the pkg-octave SVN
