I had read the mail, I am sorry about the delay answering. I am under
the classification: "Leaf" packages, that can be uploaded as soon as
all their dependencies have been transitioned.

I think it would be good, in some way, to report when a package has
been changed successfully as requested by the transition, and maybe to
share common problems or any important information would be also
great.

In my case, Scalapack's Build-Depens is :

Build-Depends: libmpich1.0-dev (>= 1.2.7-1), lam4-dev (>= 7.1.1-3.2),
pvm-dev, blacs-mpich-dev (>= 1.1-25), blacs-lam-dev, blacs-pvm-dev,
g77,  lapack3-dev | liblapack-3.so, refblas3-dev | libblas-3.so,
debhelper (>= 5)

So I have to proceed changing it to:

Build-Depends: libmpich1.0-dev (>= 1.2.7-1), lam4-dev (>= 7.1.1-3.2),
pvm-dev, blacs-mpich-dev (>= 1.1-25), blacs-lam-dev, blacs-pvm-dev,
gfortran,  lapack3-dev | liblapack-3.so, refblas3-dev | libblas-3.so,
debhelper (>= 5)

But before compiling scalapack I have to change blacs-pvm and
blacs-mpi first (gfortran) and all the other dependencies have to be
built with gfortran already, too. I think this is the way I have to do
it.
