The octave2.9 2.9.12 has not yet entered testing due to a RC bug in one of
its build-dependencies (dejagnu, see [1]). However, I just noticed that
this build-dependency has been obsolete for over two years, when the DejaGNU
tests have been replaced by the test/assert infrastructure. I will try to
get this fixed soon.
