[Pkg-octave-devel] fw: gfortran transition release goal proposal

Hi folks,

I think debian-release should probably be dropped from the Cc here, since
this is a) a discussion that doesn't involve the release team, and b)
doesn't relate to the question of what needs to be coordinated at the
package level for the upcoming fortran transition.

I don't know about the rest of the release team, but I think my eyes glazed
over about 5 messages back ;)
