octave2.9-forge has been removed from Debian. I'm hence closing all
bug-reports that were of one the following categories:

- does not match the current Octave version
- does not build due to some changes in other packages

Bug reports where a patch to upstream might be in order (or is already
in the bug report) are kept open until I have time to look at them.
