[Pkg-octave-devel] Uploading the octave-forge packages

I did a last review on the octave-forge packages by building them with
octave-pkg-dev 0.5.3. I think that most of them are in pretty good shape,
but there are some issues left:

1) octave-parallel FTBFS

2) octave-special-matrix will be put on hold. As Thomas pointed out, this
   package is an overkill.

3) The debian/copyright must be extensively reviewed, in order to meet the
   Debian standards. Perhaps we could switch to the new proposed format [1]?

4) The packages contain huge ChangeLog files in the installed directory
   /usr/share/octave/packages/<pkg>-<ver>/packinfo/. I think this should be
   deleted, since it is already installed in /usr/share/doc.

5) There are documentation files in the doc/ directories (mainly pdf
   files) that should also go into /usr/share/doc.

If there are no objections, I will change octave-pkg-dev to implement items
4 and 5 above.
