[Pkg-octave-devel] Rejections of some octave-forge packages

As you probably noticed, many octave-forge packages have been accepted today
in unstable. Some of them have been rejected (communications, fixed, nnet,
odepkg, optim, and vrml) all of them by the same reason: lack of sources for
the PDF files. It seems that the lacking copyright notices and/or licensing
conditions were not problematic.

It seems that all the sources for the said PDF files are in the respective
doc directories in the octave-forge SVN repository. We could include those
files in the package via quilt patches. If someone is looking for an easy
(although boring) project to do in the next days, just go ahead.
