Eh, no. That's just a snapshot of the current trunk; specifically, it
lacks the Changelog you get when using the release system of
octave-forge. But never mind, I've got a complete tarball in the
meantime (although I'll remove the doc/old_stuff directory, I don't
think it should be in a release version).
