I think we should upload:
http://experimental.debian.net/build.php?arch=&pkg=octave3.0
(build failures on every arch)

suitesparse wasn't built when the buildds tried octave3.0; I can ask the
experimental "release managers" for a give-back, but I guess we can as well
just upload a source package.
