To the best of my knowledge, there was no progress on the arm front.  We are
ignoring it for now, but it will not be ignored by the Debian installer when
the unstable->testing migration will be attempted.

As an experiment, we could force the build-dependency on arm to be g++-4.3,
just to see whether it works better.  What do you think ?
