The problem is that you don't see usertags in the normal bug report
view, i.e. 246476 has a usertag of debian-med, but you don't see it in
the bugreport.
I'm also not doing it for myself (*I* know we want to get rid of Octave
2.1 at some point), but for others.
Okay, forget the above. It seems there's a method to do this with
usertags, see
