[Pkg-octave-devel] Uploading atlas3

Hi Camm,

We are currently discussing in pkg-octave-devel about the g77 -> gfortran
transition for the octave packages.  We would like to test octave3.0 with
all combinations of the dependencies compiled against gfortran. Could you
please upload atlas_3.6.0-21 your personal repository [2] into experimental?
