[Pkg-octave-devel] octave-gpc failing build

Hi

According to [1] then octave-gpc is failing since the build
environment can't find libgpcl-dev .. Rafael, you are the package
maintainer for that one right? Any idea of why this is? Should we
perhaps put a dep-wait for this package so the architectures are not
building our package in vain?
