[Pkg-octave-devel] Patches for octave-epstk

Stefan Mueller send me (some time ago) a patch for epstk, replacing some
deprecated functions and including 02_axis-value-labels.patch.

I've just updated the doc/ directory with another patch from Stefan but I
guess we would have better chances to get a new upload into the frozen Lenny
if it included only documentation changes.

Opinions?
