Let's try to make life easier for everyone[1], so we must ensure that 

a) pdf files have a source (patches in debian/patches are fine, just 
   mention them in debian/changelog
b) all used licenses are mentioned: the licensecheck script from the 
   devscripts package can used to check for licenses, though you will
   need to tell it to check .m files. I usually use it like:
	$ licensecheck --recursive --check='.*' *       

[1] Joerg actually prefers to ACCEPT packages, as he doesn't need to
write rejection mails then ...
