[Pkg-octave-devel] control files for forge packages

For the octave-combinatorics package, I let my imagination go and wrote:

    Description: combinatorics function for Octave
     This package provides functions to work with combinatorics in Octave,
     a numerical computation software.  It contains functions for doing
     integer partitioning (partcnt and partint), as well as for computing
     the combinations of arbitrary sets of values (combs).
     .
     This Octave add-on package is part of the Octave-Forge project.

I do not remember finding the text above in the upstream sources.

But, hey, writing decent, appropriate package descriptions is one of the
jobs of DDs and DMS!

What do you think about the example above?

Otherwise, I am just remembering a remark by Thomas some days ago: should we
submit the descriptions to debian-l10n-english (I notice that there is no
native English speaker actively participating to the development of the
Octave-Forge packages right now...)?
