I don't know. At my workplace, I need to add a VPN connection once I aquire
an IP for my notebook, so I never looked into automatic flushing.

But looking at interfaces(5), it seems rather easy. Note that the .sh scripts
lack the possibility to pass options to msmtp. This is fixed in upstreams
CVS, so if you need it, just grab the scripts from SF.net
