I would prefer that the people involved with the porters or the release team
itself do the bin-NMUs for us.  I am quite short in free time now and I
would prefer to invest my time on having the packages ready for the lenny
release.  BTW, it would be good to finish the work on the octave-forge pkgs,
such that I can upload them.  I will take a look at this soon and upload the
ones which are ready.  I think that there are many packages that need better
descriptions and inclusion of debian/check.m files. 

According to the lenny release schedule [1], we already entered the "very
soft freeze" stage.  I think we should try to speed up with the new
packages.
