Using urgency=high just reduce the quarantine period, but is not determinant
on the package being in lenny or not.

Thanks for the link.

Actually, we can get around the openmpi problem.  It will be enough if the
hdf5 maintainers disable the libhdf5-openmpi package for the problematic
architectures.
