Congratulations for almost finishing your PhD and welcome back.  Would the
"[1]" above be a link to your manuscript?

No objection from me.  Just hold on with octave-ann, until the situation
with the libann package is sorted out.

At any rate, I am becoming frustrated with the delay in the release of
