Hi,

I realized that I forgot to add a build dependency on gnuplot for the
dynare package. The testsuite needs it. And gnuplot is only recommended
by octave. So the builds of dynare 4.0.4-1 failed on almost all build
daemons (except hppa and ia64, strangely). Sorry for that.

I fixed it in the git repository.
