[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave3.0 1:3.0.4~rc5-2 to unstable

The octave3.0 currently in unstable is terribly broken because it depends
on the old package libsuitesparse-3.1.0.  As a consequence, all the
rdepend packages fail miserably to autobuild (e.g. h5utils [1]).

I will soon upload 1:3.0.4~rc5-2 to unstable, if there are no objections.
I was holding this upload on because there could be a liblapack
transition [2]. However, it seems that this transition will not actually
happen.
