Hello Debian Octave Group,

There is a circular dependency between octave3.0 and octave3.0-common:

octave3.0        	:Depends: octave3.0-common (= 1:3.0.4~rc5-2)
octave3.0-common 	:Depends: octave3.0 (>= 1:3.0.4~rc5-2)

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to get rid of them.

I do not think that the dependency of octave3.0-common on octave3.0
achieve much.
