[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave3.1_3.1.54-2

If nobody objects, I will soon upload octave3.1 3.1.54-2 to experimental
as in SVN r2727.  It has accumulated a certain amount of changes and
fixes Bugs #519429, #519572, and #520125.  This last one, BTW, was
reported against octave3.0 but it also affects octave3.1.  Version
1:3.0.4~rc5-2 of octave3.0 will also be released, eventually.
