[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU - urgent] octave3.0 1:3.0.5-6

I screwed up the no-argout-intersect.diff and octave3.0 FTBFS everywhere.  I
fix it as in Git commit f1d9acb.  This commit was done on the patchsys-quilt
branch, because I am not going to backport it into master, which is still
dpatch-based.

As soon as the build finishes here I will upload the package.  This upload
will also contain the datenum-vector-input-any-orientation.diff patch.
After it is done, I will merge the patchsys-quilt branch into master.  We
will then have completely migrated from dpatch to quilt.
