[Pkg-octave-devel] Packaging RCs for octave3.2

You have probably seen Jaroslav's announcement [1] about the RCs for 3.2.0.
I just committed a  new branch to the Git repo [2] to start the work on
this.  N.B.: this branch does not yet compile.
