[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] dynare 4.1.1-1

Hi,

After a new upstream release, I updated the packaging for Dynare.
The source tarball is available through "debian/rules get-orig-source",
or on the upstream website [1].

Note that Octave's bug #576812 [2] needs to be fixed before uploading
the new Dynare package. Otherwise it will probably fail to build, as it
did on my pbuilder.
