[Pkg-octave-devel] Bug#579360: #: linker cannot resolve -llapackgf-3 and -lblas-3gf

Justification: renders package unusable


mkoctfile3.2 won't compile because liblapackgf-3 and liblas-3gf are missing.

none of the following files liblapackgf-3.so and liblas-3gf.so seems to be
available in a Debian package.

the following change fixes the problem

: ${BLAS_LIBS="-llapack -lblas"}
