[Pkg-octave-devel] New email address

Hi, 
I've recently changed my mail address (see above), which means I'll be
migrating both my mailing list setup and the Debian packages to that new
address. The former will happen today, the latter over time when
uploading new packages.

The advantage of the new address is that it allows me to upload new
packages to Debian (sometimes referred to as "being a DD" :))
