Hi Thomas,

thanks a lot for your message.
I think that the task to update the old Debian package with the new 
upstream release is quickly done by someone who knows about the current 
Lintian stuff, etc. I cannot do it in due time since it is too long ago 
when I was building Debian packages myself and I am not up-to-date for 
sure. Moreover, I could imagine that it is no mess for a current Debian 
package maintainer because the Perl module consists of only one file. 
I will try to contact and ask Debian's Perl package maintainers. That's
actually a good idea.
