[Pkg-octave-devel] liboctave-dev insists on serial version of the hdf5 library

I was able to do the switch with aptitude (in interactive mode) without
uninstalling octave. It is also possible with aptitude on the command
line using the resolver. But it indeed looks impossible with apt-get.
