Ok, when installing octave 3.4.3 from experimental the following
packages (among others) will be removed:
octave-audio octave-communications  octave-control octave-linear-algebra
octave-miscellaneous octave-optim octave-signal octave-specfun
octave-struct octave3.2 octave3.2-emacsen octave3.2-headers

and there does not seem to exist an octave-headers package?

BTW: Are the to be removed octave-* packages not ported to octave3.4?
