[Pkg-octave-devel] Making checks with the verbose option

Some packages, like octave-odepkg, have some tests that last for a long
time.  During them, there is no feed-back and the building of the package
seem stalled.  We can improve this by calling the test with the verbose
option.  The only side effect is that the build logs will become
longer, which is not really a problem.

If there are no disagreements, I will make this change in octave-pkg.mk.
